      The Microsoft Innovation Centre in South Australia (MICSA) is a facility that provides world class resources and support for students, entrepreneurs, and startups, accelerating the creation of new companies, jobs and growth of the local software ecosystem. We provide access to free software, loaner devices, and heaps of events for students, developers, and startups!

      Audience

      Community

      Microsoft Innovation Centre South Australia believes that community collaboration can change the entire startup ecosystem. We are always seeking community leaders to explore different ways to collaborate. We are passionate about discussing partnership and/or sponsorship opportunities that could be useful to students, entrepreneurs, and startups.

      If you are a serial entrepreneur or run a program in the innovation space, we would love to hear from you.

      Entrepreneurs

      Entrepreneurs are provided with a welcoming space to explore the various programs designed by Microsoft. Entrepreneurs can receive business and technical skills training from skilled specialists. Entrepreneurs will also be considered for a membership to BizSpark, giving them access to free software and tools. BizSpark also provides access to a huge network of advisors, mentors, and other BizSpark startups.

      Education faculty can also visit the MICSA to explore collaboration opportunities between our programs and their entrepreneurship school.

      Startups

      Microsoft Innovation Centre South Australia loves startups. We are your strategic partner from idea to creation and would love to help take your startup beyond national borders.

      We provide access to free software, loaner devices, and heaps of business and technical events. We also offer MICSA Foundation Membership to startups based on their idea, motivation, and team.

      Students

      Students are provided with a welcoming space to explore their interests in technology and develop skills necessary for technology-related careers. Students can receive training from skilled specialists as well as a membership to DreamSpark, giving them access to free software and tools.

      The facility will also help students build portfolios and skills to prepare them for entering the workforce.

      Education faculty can also visit the MIC to receive guidance on curriculum development and research projects.
